Willowprint develops bio-based robotic construction systems using Willowpaste — a patented wood-fiber building material printed at large scale with industrial robotic systems. We operate at the intersection of material research, computational design, and sustainable manufacturing.
We are growing and looking for a first business development profile to join our team. This is an early-stage role with real responsibility — you will help shape how Willowprint reaches its first markets and builds its first commercial relationships.
Your tasks
Research and map target customer segments — including the funeral and memorial industry, architecture and interior design practices, and acoustic panel markets
Support first outreach and customer conversations
Develop pricing frameworks and commercial offer materials
Identify relevant funding, grant, and partnership opportunities
Work closely with the founding team to translate technology into market-ready propositions
Your profile
Master's student or recent graduate in Business, Management, or a related discipline
Genuine interest in sustainable technology, design, or material innovation
Strong research and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage environments
German and English fluency
